The Kong blower can surpass that mark on 93, so again you will need to significantly neuter the blower as to not hurt your motor. I say stick with the 1.9 as that blower maxed out can make more power than any neutered Kong 2650, it will be easier on your SBE (last longer with less mental stress), and it will cost you less money in the long run.
